As exciting as some of the more hotly contested awards might be, particularly the eight films nominated for Best Picture, it may be just as exciting to see how Hollywood pulls off a host-less Oscar night for the first time in three decades. While some filmgoers may already be in mourning for snubbed pictures and stars (sorry about that “Won’t You Be My Neighbor” and Bradley Cooper), those who will be watching the 91stAcademy Awards ceremony should still have plenty to cheer about when the envelopes are finally opened on February 24, 2019.
